As of March 2025, 73.00% is owned by Promoters and 27.00% by Public.

Among Promoters holding, Indian Promoters holds 51.03% and Foreign Promoters holds 21.97%.

Institutional holds 22.04% (Insurance Companies 1.51%) and Non-Institutional holds 4.94% as Public shareholders.

Top two Promoters holding highest number of shares of ICICI Pru Life company are Icici Bank Limited (7376.06 lakhs shares / 51.03%) and Prudential Corporation Holdings Limited (3175.17 lakhs shares / 21.97%).
