Indian Acrylics has submitted to BSE the Shareholding Pattern for the Period Ended March 31, 2025

As of March 2025, 62.57% is owned by Indian Promoters and 37.44% by Public.

Top five Promoters holding highest number of shares of Indian Acrylics company are Dheeraj Garg (223.11 lakhs shares / 16.49%), Punjab State Industrial Development Corporation Ltd. (183.30 lakhs shares / 13.55%), S A B Udyog Limited (168.81 lakhs shares / 12.47%), Sab Industries Limited (147.94 lakhs shares / 10.93%) and R K Garg (41.78 lakhs shares / 3.09%).

Out of 846.62 lakhs shares, Promoters of Indian Acrylics Company has over 223.19 lakhs (26.36%) shares on pledge as of March 31, 2025.
