RDB Infrastructure - Disclosure Under Regulation 30 Of SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015 - Slump Sale Agreement

Pursuant to Regulation 30 of SEBI(LODR) Regulations, 2015, we wish to inform you that in reference to the earlier intimation dated 29 March, 2025 wherein members have approved the slump sale under Section 18(1)(a) of the Companies Act, 2013 and Regulation 37 of SEBI(LODR) Regulations, 2015, the Company has now executed a Slump Sale Agreement in relation to the said transaction.
