The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 60.46 crore for the quarter ended March 31, 2025 as compared to Rs 86.64 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year decline of 30.22 per cent.

Net revenue of the company rose by 5.93 per cent at Rs 169.33 crore in January-March quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 159.85 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During January-March quarter, operating expenses increased by 4.43 per cent to Rs 140.61 crore from Rs 134.64 crore in year ago period.

Other Income dipped by 43.14 per cent at Rs 40.42 crore versus (Mar'24 Rs 71.09 crore).

Operating Profit surged by 13.92 per cent to Rs 28.72 crore as against Rs 25.21 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) expanded year-on-year to 7.55 per cent in March quarter.

Interest declined by 12.50 per cent y-o-y to Rs 0.14 crore, while Taxation decreased by 0.13 per cent at Rs 7.86 crore (Mar'24 Rs 7.87 crore).
