In a groundbreaking initiative, Bharti Airtel has announced a strategic partnership with quick commerce platform Blinkit to deliver SIM cards to customers’ doorsteps in just 10 minutes. This first-of-its-kind service by a telecom provider is now live in 16 cities across India, with plans to expand to additional locations in the near future.

Through this collaboration, customers can receive their SIM cards at home within minutes by paying a nominal convenience fee of ?49. Following delivery, SIM activation is a simple process, completed via Aadhaar-based KYC authentication. Customers can choose from a range of prepaid and postpaid plans, or opt to port their existing number to the Airtel network using Mobile Number Portability (MNP).

To ensure a smooth onboarding experience, Airtel provides an online activation video and link to guide users through the process. Once the SIM card is delivered, customers are required to complete activation within 15 days.
