Jayshree Chem. - Board Meeting Intimation for NOTICE OF BOARD MEETING\r\n\r\n

Jayshree Chemicals Ltdhas informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 22/04/2025 ,inter alia, to consider and approve Pursuant to the provisions of Regulation 29 and 33(3) of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, Notice is hereby given that a Meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held through Video Conference on Tuesday, 22nd April, 2025 to consider and approve, inter-alia, the Audited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and year ended on 31st March, 2025.\r\n\r\nFurther, as informed by our above referred letter dated 26th March, 2025, the trading window for dealing in securities of the Company was closed from 1st April, 2025 and shall remain closed till 48 hours after the announcement of financial results i.e. upto 24th April, 2025 (both days inclusive).
