As of March 2025, 74.99% is owned by Indian Promoters and 25.01% by Public.

Top five Promoters holding highest number of shares of Star Delta Trans company are Kishore Gupta (5.86 lakhs shares / 19.54%), Rakesh Gupta (5.64 lakhs shares / 18.80%), Mayank Gupta (4.28 lakhs shares / 14.28%), Manju Gupta (3.12 lakhs shares / 10.38%) and Archana Gupta (2.68 lakhs shares / 8.94%).
