AXISCADES Technologies Limited, a leading provider of end-to-end technology and engineering solutions, has announced the appointment of two seasoned leaders—Mr. KP Mohanakrishnan as Deputy CEO & President – Aerospace, and Mr. D Murali Krishnan as Chief Operating Officer & President – ESAI. The appointments, approved during the Board of Directors meeting held on April 9, 2025, represent a strategic step forward in the company’s transformation journey.
As AXISCADES realigns its organizational structure to meet the rapidly evolving demands of the global aerospace, defence-tech, and semiconductor industries, these leadership additions come at a crucial time. The recent integration of AXISCADES Aerospace & Technologies Pvt. Ltd. and Mistral Solutions Pvt. Ltd. has already unlocked synergies and reinforced the company’s role in advancing India’s self-reliance in aerospace and defence technologies.

Mr. KP Mohanakrishnan brings over 30 years of experience across Aerospace & Defence, Automotive, and General Engineering. He has held key leadership roles at Mahindra Aerostructures Pvt. Ltd. and Tata Advanced Materials Ltd., driving strategic manufacturing initiatives and fostering long-term engagements with global OEMs and Indian defence agencies such as MoD, HAL, ISRO, and DRDO.

Mr. D Murali Krishnan will serve as COO & President – ESAI, in addition to continuing as CEO of Mistral Solutions, a subsidiary of AXISCADES specializing in chip-to-product, defence electronics, semiconductors, and AI applications. Previously, he led a $200 million digital engineering business at Cyient Limited and has also served as CEO of Engineering Services at Pennar Industries.
