Aanchal Ispat Ltd. - Announcement under Regulation 30 (LODR)-Cessation

Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015 with reference to the Hon'ble NCLT order dated 27.03.2025 and with reference to the Resolution plan of Mr. Mukesh Goel (Successful Resolution Applicant) all the existing Directors on the BOD of the company cease to be the Directors and CFO of the company w.e.f 27.03.2025 (date of Order).
