Cipla - Board Meeting Intimation for Quarter And Year Ended 31St March 2025 Under SEBI Listing Regulations

Cipla Ltdhas informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 13/05/2025 ,inter alia, to consider and approve 1. the Standalone and Consolidated Audited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and year ended 31st March 2025. \r\n\r\n2. Recommend final dividend for the year ended 31st March 2025, if any. \r\n\r\nIn terms of the Company's Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading, the 'Trading Window' for dealing in the securities of the Company is closed from Tuesday, 1st April, 2025 till Thursday, 15th May, 2025 (both days inclusive) for the purpose of financial results.
