Gold prices plunged by Rs 1,550 to Rs 91,450 per 10 grams in Delhi on Monday, amid heavy selling by jewellers and stockists and a weak global trend, according to the All India Sarafa Association.
On Friday, gold of 99.9% purity had closed at ?93,000 per 10 grams.
Similarly, gold of 99.5% purity also fell by Rs 1,550 to Rs 91,000 per 10 grams, down from the previous close of Rs 92,550.
