We wish to inform that the Company has received communication under Regulation 10(6) of SEBI (Substantial Acquisition of shares and Takeovers) Regulations, 2011, on April 04, 2025, from Agri Vestors Private Limited, in relation to proposed transfer of 27,17,72,140 Equity shares of Rs. 1/- amounting to 45.4419% of Nagarjuna Fertilizers and Chemicals Limited held by Amlika Mercantile Private Limited.
