Pursuant to Regulation 30 of SEBI Listing Regulations, 2015, this is to inform that the Company has received an export order worth about INR 43.00 Crores (USD 5.03 Million) for the designing, manufacturing, supply, supervision of installation, and commissioning of Cotton Ginning & Processing Machineries including spare parts, Electrical Panels and Pre-Fabricated Structural Building, to be delivered over a period of next 6 to 9 months.\r\n\r\nThe detailed disclosure of the order is given in the enclosed intimation.
