The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 2.82 crore for the quarter ended December 31, 2024 as compared to Rs 1.56 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year growth of 80.77 per cent.

Net revenue of the company rose substantially by 30.45 per cent at Rs 111.82 crore in October-December quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 85.72 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During October-December quarter, operating expenses increased by 30.63 per cent to Rs 107.00 crore from Rs 81.91 crore in year ago period.

Other Income grew by 58.33 per cent at Rs 0.19 crore versus (Dec'23 Rs 0.12 crore).

Operating Profit surged by 26.51 per cent to Rs 4.82 crore as against Rs 3.81 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) contracted year-on-year to 2.93 per cent in December quarter.

Interest declined by 17.39 per cent y-o-y to Rs 0.57 crore, while Taxation decreased by 10.77 per cent at Rs 1.16 crore (Dec'23 Rs 1.30 crore).
