The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 3.31 crore for the quarter ended December 31, 2024 as compared to Rs 5.65 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year decline of 41.42 per cent.

Net revenue of the company rose moderately by 10.53 per cent at Rs 105.25 crore in October-December quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 95.22 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During October-December quarter, operating expenses increased by 17.64 per cent to Rs 93.16 crore from Rs 79.19 crore in year ago period.

Other Income grew by 1604.55 per cent at Rs 3.75 crore versus (Dec'23 Rs 0.22 crore).

Operating Profit slipped by 24.53 per cent to Rs 12.09 crore as against Rs 16.02 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) contracted year-on-year to 31.73 per cent in December quarter.

Interest grew by 68.56 per cent y-o-y to Rs 3.86 crore, while Taxation decreased by 50.23 per cent at Rs 1.09 crore (Dec'23 Rs 2.19 crore).
