The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 5.34 crore for the quarter ended December 31, 2024 as compared to Rs 4.44 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year growth of 20.27 per cent.

Net revenue of the company rose by 5.98 per cent at Rs 114.70 crore in October-December quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 108.23 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During October-December quarter, operating expenses increased by 5.45 per cent to Rs 102.03 crore from Rs 96.76 crore in year ago period.

Other Income grew by 37.50 per cent at Rs 0.22 crore versus (Dec'23 Rs 0.16 crore).

Operating Profit surged by 10.46 per cent to Rs 12.67 crore as against Rs 11.47 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) expanded year-on-year to 4.34 per cent in December quarter.

Interest grew by 4.28 per cent y-o-y to Rs 3.17 crore, while Taxation decreased by 4.61 per cent at Rs 1.45 crore (Dec'23 Rs 1.52 crore).
