The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 1.69 crore for the quarter ended December 31, 2024 as compared to Rs 3.41 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year decline of 50.44 per cent.

Net revenue of the company rose by 5.37 per cent at Rs 49.25 crore in October-December quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 46.74 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During October-December quarter, operating expenses increased by 11.73 per cent to Rs 46.10 crore from Rs 41.26 crore in year ago period.

Other Income grew by 450.00 per cent at Rs 0.44 crore versus (Dec'23 Rs 0.08 crore).

Operating Profit slipped by 42.34 per cent to Rs 3.16 crore as against Rs 5.48 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) contracted year-on-year to 45.31 per cent in December quarter.

Interest grew by 67.86 per cent y-o-y to Rs 0.47 crore, while Taxation decreased by 45.76 per cent at Rs 0.64 crore (Dec'23 Rs 1.18 crore).
